to sign up over the phone, please call 415 550 2611
This class is for breastfeeding mothers who are planning to return to work, school, or spend time away from your baby. We will discuss getting organized, maintaining your milk supply, pumping and storing breastmilk, introducing the bottle, and more. We recommend taking this class at least a few weeks before you return to work, so you will have time to practice at home and gradually introduce the bottle at the right time. Please bring your pump if you have one. Babies welcome!
