Mom and Baby Support Group
Drop-In Class. Pre-registration is not required.
The first few months when a child enters your life are both exhausting and exhilarating, full of overwhelming joys and daunting challenges. This is an important time to connect with new mothers, share your thoughts and feelings, trade strategies, and provide emotional support for one another.
Join us for an ongoing, drop-in group where new mothers can discuss issues such as breastfeeding, emotional and physical recovery after birth, changing family relationships, infant care, sleep, and other issues. It is a place to talk about whatever's on your mind surrounding parenting, and is a great way to meet and form friendships with other mothers. Bring your babies.
