  • Class Description

This circle is for mamas who have taken the New Mothers Circle OR for those who are willing and longing to go deep with a group of mamas and babes (5 months through early toddlerhood) in a facilitated, introspective format.

Motherhood is intense, complicated, and stirs up everything under the sun! Having a safe, meaningful container to meet yourself and others in the full range of motherhood is natural, optimal, and supports your wellness so that you can move through new-baby-having with confidence, empowerment, and trusted companions who are down to share this wild ride with intentionality and solidarity.

    Please Note:

-Content covered in these sessions is included in the Details section below.
-There is a minimum of 10 mamas for this group to begin on the scheduled date. If needed, the group may be pushed back in order to allow for additional parents to join.
-Babies and young toddlers welcome but not required.
-Facilitators are professionals who may have their own private practice. They may use their discretion to determine whether an additional fee is needed when their expertise is solicited outside of class.

We will explore themes that commonly surface in and beyond motherhood including but not limited to:

    -Career/professional life
