Exercises for Labor and Birth Prep (Virtual)

Explore our classes and workshops covering exercises for labor and birth preparation! Learn how to prepare your pelvis for childbirth using pelvic floor exercises and stretches, become an expert in using a pregnancy ball / birthing ball, and generally stay fit during pregnancy. Our prenatal fitness training classes teach safe workouts for pregnant women, which include but go beyond Kegel exercises, to help you strengthen your pelvic floor and open your pelvis for easy birthing, while giving you some safe cardio workout during pregnancy. We also offer safe variations / alternatives to HIIT (high-intensity interval training) for those interested in this type of workout during pregnancy.
