She believes in strength in softness and trusting the deeper wisdom we all have to make the best choices for ourselves and our babies. She radically advocates for self love and connection being the most important ingredients for thriving during one of the most difficult transitions for your life. Mikka radically advocates for education around the first year of postpartum as our society doesn't talk about such things! Consequently many birth humans feel alone, in pain and massively overwhelmed in their first months postpartum. Mikka is here to say, "Hell no!" It does NOT have to be that way.
