This workshop has been designed to meet the needs of families who are pregnant and/or have children.

You know you need to get ready for emergencies, like earthquakes and wildfires, but you're not sure where to start. This workshop will take you from panicked to prepared, overwhelmed to on top of it.

Through this one hour workshop you will leave with clear steps and recommendations in order to begin your preparation! You can expect to discuss the following:

-Real world risks that require preparation.
-Action steps to ensure your family is prepared.
-Lists of materials to prepare.

You will receive a workbook to help you build out your emergency supply kits.

Please Note:

-Each adult attending must be registered. Caregivers of the same child receive a discounted rate.
- We will be talking about such disasters such as earthquakes and wildfires. Parents are encouraged to use their discretion in terms of their readiness to talk about these dangers with their children if they are nearby or attending.
-Facilitators are professionals who may have their own private practice. They may use their discretion to determine whether an additional fee is needed when their expertise is solicited outside of class.
