Personal Finance for Women: In Person
Please note: Masks & proof of vaccine (w/booster) is required for this in-person class. Please bring card or digital version to class.
Join us for a fun, informative and interactive workshop designed for women on personal finance topics! The session will be in person at Natural Resources to create a comfortable and casual environment for discussion and to ask questions.
Topics and questions we’ll cover:
Financial Planning – What are my financial goals? What is a financial plan?
Budgeting – Do you know your cashflows?
Goals Based Investing – How do I save and invest for my retirement? For my child’s college education? For my other financial goals?
Equity Compensation – How do my Restricted Stock Options (RSUs), Incentive Stock Options (ISOs) or Non-Qualified Stock Options (NSOs) work?
Any and all of your other personal finance questions.
And of course:
- Babies in laps are welcome

Liz Groeger is a Vice President, Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. She has always worked in wealth management as she loves working with individuals and families to help them plan for and achieve their complex financial goals.
Liz is a graduate of Duke University (Durham, NC), St. Paul's School (Concord, NH) and The School of American Ballet (NY, NY). She lives in Mission Bay with her husband and daughter. Her family is often found walking the neighborhood catching Pokémon. Liz currently serves on the Advisory Council for The School of American Ballet and formerly served on the Board of Directors for Hamilton Families, the largest provider of shelter and services to homeless families in San Francisco.
