    Together we will explore a deeper connection within ourselves while strengthening our body and recovering from this massive transition into parenthood. This program is for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves physically and mentally and is at least 6 weeks postpartum (for vaginal delivery) or 8 weeks postpartum (for cesarean delivery). If you are earlier 6-8 weeks postpartum, contact the facilitator at mikkabonel6@gmail.com with your questions. 

    The programs focus on the principles of Strengthening, Softening, Breath and Connection. 

    At the end of this series you will have strengthened your entire body, have a deeper understanding of what is going on with your pelvic floor, educated yourself on how to stay strong through functional strength movement, have a deeper appreciation for your incredible body and all that it has done for you and your family. You will receive tons of 1 on 1 attention. You will have someone to guide you and track your progress should you desire. Perhaps most importantly, you will learn how to tune into what your body needs-this is the ticket to freedom and empowerment. 


    The intentions for this program are to:

    Strengthen core, back, shoulders, glutes, thighs, pelvic floor etc. for functional movement and postpartum recovery.
    End or greatly lessen the pain or discomfort you are currently in.
    Learn to connect with yourself in your new identity both physically and energetically.
    Understand the hormonal shifts happening both physically and mentally.
    Feel strong and empowered like the badass warrior you are.
