We strongly recommend that you complete your prenatal education no later than your 36th week of pregnancy. Attending this course between weeks 28-32 will allow you time to comfortably integrate the content into your birth preparation and further explore topics that spark your interest.

Ease the transition into parenting by learning what to expect and how to prepare for the first few months of being new parents. This interactive and fun class brings together evidence and experience to provide a well rounded and complete education for parents-to-be. The workshop begins with a discussion around body changes, postpartum healing and tips on alleviating the physical changes of the first month postpartum. After this, we engage in a conversation around postpartum mood, relationships and support systems. You will leave this workshop feeling more prepared, confident and ready to start your parenting journey.

Throughout this workshop we will discuss:

    - Postpartum Recovery: Healing, essential supplies and danger signs to look out for

    - Relationships: Whoever is on your team, learn to strengthen your partnerships for life after baby

    - Postpartum Mood: Normal transitions, coping and when to reach out for help

    - Support Systems: How to create a plan now to support you in the upcoming months

As an integral piece to understanding many of the common recommendations made to postpartum parents, Serena will explain the "why" that supports each recommendation. You will have the tools you need to navigate the fourth trimester.

This three-hour workshop will include time for information sharing, personal preparation, and Q&A.

    Please Note:
