PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
We offer store credit or exchange only, within 30 days of purchase. A receipt must be presented. Items and packaging/tags must be in like-new, resellable condition with all packaging and/or with tags attached.
All sales are final on:
- nursing & pumping bras & tanks
- furniture
- AquaDoula Tub liners
- opened pillows & mattresses
- unpackaged or opened breastfeeding pumps & supplies
- special order items
- sale items
- baby formula
PLEASE NOTE:Â Due to COVID-19 we reserve the right to not allow returns of items that can not be adequately disinfected.

CLASSES + GROUPS CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make you choices carefully as we do not offer credit card or cash refunds. If you are unable to attend, and we are notified 10 day or more in advance you will receive store credit for your purchase.
Offerings may be canceled or postponed if minimum enrollment is not reached.Â
IMPORTANT IN-PERSON POLICY: If health and safety concerns warrant it (uptick in COVID-19 infection, poor air quality due to wild fires, etc) all in-person classes may be moved to a virtual format. Refunds and rescheduling, would not be offered in these circumstances. We reserve the right to make this change at our discretion.
CORE PRENATAL CLASSESÂ (Childbirth Prep, Newborn Care, Breastfeeding)
When to take prenatal classes: Sign up for prenatal classes by your 5th month. You should begin attending classes by your 7th month of pregnancy. All prenatal classes should be completed one month prior to your due date.
Please Note:Â We strongly recommend that you complete your prenatal education before your 36th week of pregnancy. If you choose to take a class that finishes AFTER 36 weeks and you have an early birth at 36 weeks or later OR you are unable to attend class for another reason we are unable to offer you a refund or store credit.Â
ALL CLASSES + GROUPS
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 10 days prior to the start of the class to receive store credit or to reschedule. You can cancel your booking, for any reason online under "Bookings" once you are logged in to your account.
- For registrations cancelled with less than 10 days’ notice, no store credit or rescheduling will be available.
- If there are fewer than 10 days remaining before your class and you have an exigent circumstance contact us at classes@naturalresources-sf.com so we can discuss your situation. A late cancelation fee my be accessed if we make an exception to our policy.
- While we will do our best to accommodate you we can not guarantee that a space will be available in another class for rescheduling.
- No shows will not receive any form of reimbursement.
- Partially completed classes/series are not eligible for a store credit.Â
CLASS PACKAGES
- All classes MUST be purchased at the same time to get the discount. NO exceptions!
- If you meant to sign up for the full package and accidentally did not we must be notified, via email, within 24 hours of purchase of first class. You will receive store credit for the difference in price.
- Package offerings & discount amounts may change at any time.
- Discount will be applied once all required classes are in the cart.
- All other regular class policies apply.

*Cancellation or transfer requests involving a medical emergency made after the stated deadline will be considered on an individual basis. We may charge a administration fee of up to 25% for any exceptions made to our policy

Memberships, Products & Gift Cards
GIFT CARDS
Both E-Gift Cards & Physical Gift Cards are final sale.
Treat gift cards like cash! Please be sure to record gift card number as it is required to utilize funds. Cards cannot be replaced and funds will be forfeited if card number cannot presented at time of purchase. Recording the number and storing it in a safe place immediately upon purchase is highly recommended.
