By making a purchase you are agreeing to our policies below. Please read them fully before making your purchases. Make your selections carefully as we do not offer cash or credit card refunds for classes, groups or products. Store credit in the form of a giftcard or rescheduling will be available for returns or cancellations that meet the policy terms below. Thank you for understanding that we are a small non-profit organization working hard to support our families.

IMPORTANT IN-PERSON POLICY: If health and safety concerns or
other considerations warrant it (uptick in COVID-19 infection, poor air quality due to wild fires, ill facilitator, etc) all in-person classes
may be moved to a virtual format. As long as we are able to offer the class
in this alternate format at the scheduled time refunds, rescheduling
and discounts will not be offered. We reserve the right to make this change at our discretion

At this time ALL classes are virtual unless Explicitly noted as in-person in the class name. 

Note that we need at least 10 days' notice to offer you store credit or rescheduling for classes or groups. You may received store credit or exchange products in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase. Sales are final on some products as indicated below.

Also Note: We do not offer retroactive discounts for classes that go on sale after purchase. No exceptions can be made. We hope you will enjoy the opportunity to receive a discount on another offering.

Out of respect for educators’ and your fellow students’ time, it is very important that you let us know as soon as possible if there is some reason that you are unable to attend your class.

We have a minimum number of students that must enroll in order for a class to proceed both to provide the best experience for those attending and for our sustainability as a small non-profit. Therefore, we need time to fill a space that becomes vacant. Cancellations may cause a class to be postponed or cancelled and negatively affect the other students signed up for the class and the educator.

Sign up for prenatal classes by your 5th month. You should begin attending classes by your 7th month of pregnancy. All prenatal classes should be completed one month prior to your due date.

Please Note: We strongly recommend that you complete your prenatal education before your 36th week of pregnancy. If you choose to take a class that finishes AFTER 36 weeks and you have an early birth at 36 weeks or later OR you are unable to attend class for another reason we are unable to offer you a refund or store credit. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 10 days prior to the start of the class to receive store credit or to reschedule. You can cancel your booking online up to 10 days in advance under "Bookings" once you are logged in to your account.

- While we will do our best to accommodate you we can not guarantee that a space will be available in another class for a transfer.

- For cancellations within the perimeters of our policy we offer store credit only, not cash or credit card refunds.

- For registrations cancelled with less than 10 days’ notice, no store credit will be available.

- No shows will not receive any form of reimbursement.

- Partially completed classes/series are not eligible for a store credit.

- If you meant to sign up for the full package and accidentally did not we must be notified, via email, within 24 hours of purchase of first class to make the adjustment.

- You will receive store credit for the difference in price.

- Package offerings & discount amounts may change at any time. Discount will be applied once all required classes are in the cart.

- All other regular class policies apply.

*Cancellation or rescheduling requests involving a medical emergency or other exigent circumstance made after the stated deadline will be considered on an individual basis. 

We may charge an administration fee of up to 25% for any exceptions made to our policy.

Membership, Products & Gift Cards

Both E-Gift Cards & Physical Gift Cards are final sale.

Treat gift cards like cash! Please be sure to record gift card number as it is required to utilize funds. Cards cannot be replaced and funds will be forfeited if card number cannot presented at time of purchase. Recording the number and storing it in a safe place immediately upon purchase is highly recommended.

All sales are final for both Family & Professional Memberships.

We offer store credit or exchange only, within 30 days of purchase. A receipt must be presented. Items must be in like new, resellable condition with all packaging and/or with tags attached.

All sales are final on nursing bras & tanks and AquaDoula Tub liners.

Sales are final on opened pillows & mattresses, breastfeeding pumps & supplies and sale items.

Read recording policy

Please do not register for a class with the intention of receiving a recording.

We often encounter an expectation that our virtual offerings will be recorded and available in the event that a student can not attend the class as scheduled; however, this is not the case.

We understand however that emergencies may arise and one of the benefits of being virtual is the opportunity to revisit class material through a recording.

In order to allow for flexibility due to emergencies and the ability to review material through a recording, we may record sessions of our workshops to keep on file to share with future students under the two following conditions:

1) They experience technical difficulties during a live session and can not complete the session.

2) They register and anticipate attending a live session, but experience a medical or other emergency preventing them from doing so.

*Administrative Purposes: When a class is recorded for administrative purposes it will be stored in the Natural Resource Dropbox. It will not be distributed or used for marketing purposes.
