Erika is a litigator and avid reader of cookbooks. Natural Resources was the source of great support and friendships during both of Erika's pregnancies, and taught her everything she knows about babies.
Irene Voisin
Vice President of the Board, Owner, I Voisin Insights and Consulting
Irene Voisin owns an Insights firm focused on startup businesses. She began her career in the not-for-profit sector, advocating for early childhood services and now applies those learnings in various board and volunteering opportunities across her community. Irene used Natural Resources extensively pre- and post-partum to support the early days with her now 6-yr-old son.

Avid fan of Natural Resources since 1992. Has always been involved in community-building including The NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt and the San Francisco Homebirth Collective.

Jessica Straus Fuchs
Jessica brings 15 years of experience in tech, venture, nonprofits, and government. She has worked as COO at Poppy Flowers, Director at Carta, Entrepreneur in Residence at GE Ventures, the National Venture Capital Association and started her career as a Congressional staffer. She is a new mother to her baby son Teddy.

Meghan studies pregnancy and childbirth decision-making for her dissertation, and she is the mother to a young baby. She’s interested in evidence-based resources for pregnant people and parents.

A licensed psychologist in California, Dr. Meghani’s clinical expertise and research concerns the promotion of infant and perinatal mental health and family relationships through the design and implementation of accessible, evidence-based interventions aimed to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression during the transition to parenthood.
