Reimbursement for Prenatal Classes & Lactation Essentials

Many people are eligible for reimbursement in part or in full for the following through their insurance plans: Childbirth Preparation Classes, CPR/Child Safety Classes, Breast/Chestfeeding Classes and products, Newborn Care Classes;  rentals of hospital-grade equipment (breastpumps and baby scales); and other essential products. You must contact your health insurance company to confirm your policy’s specific reimbursement benefits.

Classes

If you are eligible for coverage for a class, your insurance company may request the following:

  1. CLASS COMPLETION AND INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT LETTER: Find the letter here. Fill it out including the class you took and the class code. 
  2. PROOF OF CLASS PAYMENT:   The order confirmation email you received at time of booking contains confirmation of class registration and the payment amount. It was sent from orders@naturalresources-sf.com. This email can be used as a receipt of your class payment.  A copy of your credit card statement can also be used as proof of class payment.​

Lactation Rentals + Products

If you are eligible for coverage for a rental or lactation products, your insurance company may request the following:

  1. PROOF OF PAYMENT:  Your receipt contains confirmation of items rented/purchased and payment amount. A copy of your credit card statement can also be used as proof of payment.​
  2. ITEMIZED SUPERBILL Email info@naturalresources-sf.com to request. Please provide the name and date of the rental or purchase.
