In-Person Policy + Procedures
In-Person Policy + Procedures
To keep everyone protected - including infants, toddlers and children who are too young to be vaccinated - we continue to require masks in all our spaces. This applies to all staff, customers and class attendees older than 2 years.
CLASSES + CLASSROOM
In-Person Class Requirements – For all in-person classes students must: show proof of full vaccination including a booster (physical or digital), wear an N95 or KN95 mask, and must attest to having no known exposure to or symptoms of COVID-19 (no cough, fever, or other symptoms) in the past 7 days.
Online Registration Required – We are requiring that students pre-register for all in-person classes in order for us to prepare sufficiently for class with limited staff.
Drop-in are NOT allowed – You must register for in-person classes & groups in advance of arrival through our website.
Waivers – A waiver must be signed when registering for an in-person offering. It will pop up automatically if you add an in-person class to your cart. You can view it here in advance.
Waitlists – If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. You will be notified by email if space becomes available. Please be sure to immediately sign up as spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis. Add email@example.com to your contact list to avoid emails ending up in your spam.
We Recommend You Bring Your Own Supplies – Please bring whatever nursing pillow, mats and blankets, etc you need for you and baby to be comfortable. Our supply may be unavailable or limited.
Eating & Drinking in Classes is only allowed during breaks – We ask that you distance yourself from your classmates while eating. Please replace your mask immediately when not actively eating or drinking.
Social Distancing Within the Classroom – Our class sizes and the number of classes scheduled back-to-back in person have been limited to allow for increased personal space and ample air circulation.
Cancellation Policy – Our normal cancellation policy applies. All classes must be cancelled (for store credit or rescheduling) at least 10 days prior to the start of class. We ask for everyone’s commitment to being considerate and canceling all class reservations in a timely manner so other families can participate in the class if you are unable to.
IMPORTANT: If health or other concerns warrant it (uptick in COVID-19 infection, poor air quality due to wild fires, facilitator illness, etc) all in-person classes may be moved to a virtual format. If we are able to offer a class in this alternate format at the scheduled time refunds, rescheduling and discounts will not be offered.
ENTIRE SPACE (store & classroom)

Please Wash or Sanitize Hands Often – There will be hand sanitizer at the entrance, and the front desk. We will ask that you please use it often or wash your hands at one of our three sinks (in our kitchenette area, and in bathrooms).
Access to Amenities – Access to restrooms, changing tables & nursing/feeding area is available, we just ask that you please respect the personal space of others when in these areas.
Space Updates – Air purifiers have been added to our classroom and store as an additional safety measure. We also have CO2 monitors to assess air circulation in the store, classroom & bathrooms.
