Infant Sleep Support Group: In Person
Please note: Rather than a structured class, this gathering is focused on mutual support, shared experiences, and practical ideas.

Navigating infant sleep can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Infant Sleep Support Group offers a welcoming space for parents to share experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance on creating healthy sleep habits for their little ones.
This Circle is gently led by a certified infant sleep consultant who helps encourage conversation, offers general information, and creates a welcoming space for parents to share and connect.
Whether you're struggling with night wakings, nap schedules, or transitioning your baby to a crib, this group is designed to provide the support and encouragement you need.
Topics that may be discussed:
- Infant Sleep Basics
- Key Sleep Milestones
- Sleep Routines
- Solutions for Common Sleep Challenges
Join us to gain confidence, tools, and a community of parents working toward better sleep for their families.
PLEASE NOTE:
- While light guidance is available, detailed sleep training plans are not provided during this group.
- Families seeking more personalized support can be connected with trusted resources following the session.
- Parents, caregivers, and Grandparents of the same child are welcome to attend.
- This group is ideal for babies 0-12 months of age.
