Join Morgi Yogi for a playful yoga adventure designed just for you and your little one(s) ages 2.5–4! Doors will open at 9:00am, class begins at 9:15 am, and wraps up at 9:45 am.Through gentle movement, simple breathwork, animal and nature themed poses, you and your toddlers will stretch, roar, buzz, and bloom your way through a fun and interactive session.
Expect songs, giggles, and lots of movement. No experience (or gear!) necessary. Grippy socks or bare feet are encouraged.
A few things to know:
• A responsible caregiver must stay and actively participate with their toddler. This is not a drop-off class.
• No yoga mats or equipment needed, just come ready to move and play!
