Soft and chewy chocolate chip lactation cookies with an Ayurvedic twist! Support your milk supply and satisfy your sweet tooth with these delicious and nutritious treats. (FENUGREEK-FREE)

With notes of cinnamon and cloves, these cookies are made with ingredients traditionally used by nursing mothers for hundreds of years for both nutritional and breastfeeding support. They are also loaded with chocolate chips from one of the best chocolatiers in the country. Yum!

  • Shatavari - A powerful superherb traditionally used to increase the production of prolactin (the hormone that tells the body to make breast milk)
  • Sunflower Lecithin - Helps fatty hindmilk* release quicker and helps prevent clogged ducts*
  • Brewer’s Yeast- A vegan source of vitamin B (B1 & B2), amino acids, and protein - great for energizing the body and for increasing milk supply
For Nutritional Support
  • Oats - Iron-rich gluten-free oat flour
  • Flax Seed Meal - Rich in omega-3 fatty acids
  • Coconut Oil - High in healthy fats and lauric acid, which can help to improve the fatty composition in breast milk
  • Almond Meal - High in Protein, Calcium & Omega-3 Fatty Acids

RECOMMENDATION:1-2 cookies per day

STORAGE: For optimal freshness, store in refrigerator in an airtight container. Consume within 1 month. Can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

ALLERGEN WARNING: Contains: almonds and coconut.

*Hindmilk = the fattiest part of breast milk which usually comes out towards the end of a nursing/pumping session. Sunflower Lecithin helps hindmilk come out towards the beginning of a session. That means you can more quickly get fattier milk to your baby or when you pump.

*Sunflower Lecithin reduces the "stickiness" of the fats in breast milk and, therefore, helps to loosen up fats that can clog milk ducts.
