Look no further! Our unique support circle is tailor-made for individuals like you, who are embarking on the incredible journey of growing babies while transitioning into parenthood.
In this confidential and nurturing space, we invite you to come together with fellow pregnant individuals for five weeks of heartfelt connection and unwavering support. We understand that every pregnancy is a unique experience, which is why we welcome all your individual circumstances and stories. Together, we'll embark on a journey of exploration, growth, and camaraderie.
Each week, we'll dive into topics that naturally arise during pregnancy, helping you prepare not only for the arrival of your little one but also for the transformation you're undergoing. This series is not centered around clinical education but rather about creating embodied practices and using tangible applications so that you leave feeling empowered, capable and loved.
Guided by a skilled facilitator, you'll have the opportunity to share your thoughts, concerns, and triumphs in an environment designed to foster deep connections and joyful celebration.
