  • Class Description

Dr. Katrina Roundfield, PhD, is a licensed clinical-community psychologist and Mom

Join Dr. Katrina Roundfield for an interactive biweekly family wellness & playgroup that blends the science of child development with the heart of parenting. Each session offers a thoughtful space to explore what helps children — and parents — grow, connect, and thrive.

Together, we’ll discuss how we “show up” as parents, how children build emotional security, and how everyday interactions can shape lifelong resilience. Through guided discussions, reflection, and practical strategies, you’ll discover how small, mindful shifts can bring more connection, calm, and joy into family life.

This group is a perfect way to see your child interact and play with other children while also having the opportunity to seek expert guidance on your child's growth and development, as well as strategies to try new parenting techniques.

🌼 In This Group, You Will:

    • Gain personalized support for common parenting challenges

    • Learn the importance of building strong, secure bonds with children from birth to age five

    • Develop practical, evidence-based skills to nurture your child’s emotional well-being and confidence

    • Connect with other caregivers who share your values and hopes for family growth

This is a warm, judgment-free space designed to empower parents and caregivers at every stage of early childhood.
1–2 adults are welcome per family. A second caregiver is encouraged but not required.

Come as you are — and leave with renewed insight, deeper connection, and tools to help your family flourish.

More perspective on what toddlers are experiencing, how they view the world, and how I can be mos...

My favorite part was hearing people's questions and listening to responses. If this were offered as a multi-part series I'd definitely take it! I think parents of children at this age need a lot of support and many are eager to learn how to interact with their toddler more effectively. I would be very interested in going deeper on many of the things we talked about today. It was a great workshop!
