Join Dr. Katrina Roundfield for an interactive biweekly family wellness & playgroup that blends the science of child development with the heart of parenting. Each session offers a thoughtful space to explore what helps children — and parents — grow, connect, and thrive.
Together, we’ll discuss how we “show up” as parents, how children build emotional security, and how everyday interactions can shape lifelong resilience. Through guided discussions, reflection, and practical strategies, you’ll discover how small, mindful shifts can bring more connection, calm, and joy into family life.
